SALES TAX
 

We are required by law to collect tax in all 50 states where sales tax is collected and A13T does business. All tax rates are based on local and state regulations. All funds collected as a result are submitted to the specific government agency. For our tax-exempt customers, state laws require us to have your signed tax exemption on file at our office. We are required to charge you sales tax if we do not have this documentation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
​

TRAINING COURSE CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Training course cancellation/refunds/exchanges are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

​

Training cancellations must be requested within 7 days of the date of the training course. There will be NO REFUNDS given if a registrant cancels less than 7 days before the training course start date.

Due to the limited spaces available in each course and the travel requirements for many of our students, training courses are refunded with a 50% cancellation fee (i.e., training courses are only 50% refundable after enrollment).

Rescheduling an enrolled training course to a later date may be available upon request, but remains subject to the 7-day policy stated above.

Contact us with your name, course and course date, and we will provide available dates you are requesting for course rescheduling to begin the process.
 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including by not limited to all information, text, displays, images, icons, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by A13 Tactics, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

A13T reserves the right to cancel or make adjustments to any order placed online in order to comply with the promotion being offered. We will not charge any customer’s credit card an amount that is greater than the total checkout price. However, orders may be put on hold in order for a customer service representative to contact a customer for additional information necessary to complete an order. Offers may change at any time and are good only while supplies last, valid in the U.S. only on the Website. Promotions cannot be applied to previous orders placed.
